CAVA

Bowlmates

We pitched the concept, casted, produced, and edited CAVA’s first social show. Then we got renewed for a second season.

Will it be love at first bite, or just another one lunch stand?

BRIEF

CAVA knew they wanted a social show that fit into the cultural zeitgeist, placed the product front and center, and was strong enough to stand alone on its own account.

We pitched them ten options and landed on a dating show concept where contestants build bowls for each other based on their answers to dating questions, then take a bite and decide if they want to be Bowlmates for life, or a one lunch stand.

CASTING

For the concept to work, we needed to cast a host who could play off of the guests and with the concept of dating at large.

Enter Daniela Mora.

Soon after, we locked down top influencers, good looking friends, and internet weirdos for blind dates in a Williamsburg CAVA.

We crafted product-forward segments with cute names like Getting To First Base, Roasted Red Pepper Flags, and Spilling The Tea for each guest to build out their CAVA order for their date.

For S2, we planned special bits for our holiday episodes, months in advance.

STRUCTURE

PRODUCTION

Bowlmates is a big deal, so we treated it like one.

Multi-cam setups, fancy lighting and audio equipment, on-site producers and PAs — all for 90-second episodes that live on TikTok and IG.

The show was an instant hit.

Bowlmates has racked up 1M+ views and counting since launching in 2025 and was featured in Ad Age, Marketing Brew, and Breaking and Entering.
