Just Do It Day
Every year, Nike throws a massive party to celebrate their employees at major offices across the globe. Think of it like a school field day to the extreme: celebrity appearances, employee competitions, activations galore.
Over four days in Beaverton, we created a full media day experience for the athletes and documented the event from start to finish.

We took each Nike employee through a full media day circuit.
Portrait photography, team shots, and social reels to make each athlete feel like a star.
2 TEAMS REMAIN
JDI Day was packed with countless events, activations, and athlete appearances — all in the span of six hours.
So we built a media team that could be everywhere at once, staffing creatives in every corner of Nike’s 286-acre campus.
The top two teams moved on to Memphis to compete for the championship.
In a hard fought battle, the LA Mambas came out victorious as 2025 Sole City Champions.
In an internal memo about the event, external agency capture and media days topped the list of “Slam Dunks” that Nike would look to repeat in the future.
We shot, edited, and published 31 reels from the event, including a post with Lethal Shooter which reached 1.2 million views.
Nike employees loved the content.
